For account help, privacy requests, safety concerns or technical problems, email us.

The screen or feature involved.
Approximately when the problem happened.
What you expected and what occurred.
A screenshot if it does not expose private information.

Never send your password, session token or private invitation code.

Account deletion

Open Profile → Delete my account in Challengers and follow the confirmation steps. If deletion fails, contact support from the email associated with your account.

Safety

Stop exercising if you experience pain or discomfort. Challengers does not provide medical advice or emergency services. Contact local emergency services for urgent help.
